Seika Art Festival

This event is always a lot of fun for us because C gets so excited to show us what he'd been working on at school! This is the year of the horse so there were a lot of horse crafts and pictures around.

Well, it was on our must-do-before-we-leave-Japan list and this was our last chance so we picked up warm clothes for everyone (including one month old Cookie!) and hopped on a 2 hour flight out of Tokyo to the winter wonderland of Hokkaido!

It was suuper cold there, but the boys could not have possibly loved the snow and cold any more than they did!

We relied on taking the train to get around and it was super convenient and easy. My boys surprised me by being so flexible and energetic even after spending hours walking and riding around. Here are some of our favorite pics!
