7 Months Old!

This is the first time that Coop sat in a cart without his carseat!!

Coop is 5 months old!

1st day of 5th grade

Can you believe that Ashley is in her last year of elementary school?! She wanted her hair curled for the big "first day of school", but they wouldn't stay! She had lots of butterflies, but I'm sure that they disappeared the moment that she saw her old friends!

Beach days

My baby is growing up so fast!

The antibiotics worked (I suppose they generally do!), and Coop was able to get his 4 month vaccines on Thursday. He weighed in at a whopping 17.8 pounds (WHOA!) and is already 26 inches long. The doctor mentioned that we are more than welcome to start him on cereals, but we are still pushing for 6 months. I can't believe our little turkey will be 5 months old in just a couple of weeks! Where does the time go??

Coop officially has an ear infection. :( It's too bad that his first taste of something other than milk is medicine!

Head, Shoulders, Knees and...TOES!

My little sunshine has discovered his feet! It's so funny to watch him playing with his little toes. I suspect that he's trying to stick them into his mouth, but he hasn't figured out how to bend that far without falling over!!
Cooper is such an angel. He goes to bed between 9 and 9:30 PM (or he'll get really fussy), and he wakes up as happy as a lark at 7 AM. Sometimes he'll wake up a little earlier, but he'll just lay there and sing/talk to himself until somebody notices him.
We think that he might have an ear infection right now because he's been tugging on his ear and can get a little cranky...or is it a tooth?? Our next doc appt is Wednesday so maybe s/he can tell us what's going on. Till then...
